Article 2 (Eligibility) There is no age restriction to register and use the Service. Article 3 (Paid Services & Refunds) 1. The Company offers paid services (e.g., Stik Pro), with payments processed via Paddle. 2. Users who purchase a paid service may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not used any Pro-exclusive features (such as AI quiz generation). Article 4 (Service Use & Data Transmission) 1. Users must use the service in compliance with applicable laws. 2. Materials (e.g., images) uploaded by users for quiz generation may be sent to external AI APIs (OpenAI, Google, etc.). This data is processed solely for generating quizzes. Article 5 (Limitation of Liability) The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of quizzes generated by the AI and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising therefrom.
